Smart Contract Application for Managing Land Administration System Transactions

Land administration systems are of great importance for a large number stakeholders. One the key problems related to land is problem correctness their state, meaning that data stored in not concordance with actual legal, spatial and topographic situation. The main causes systems’ incorrect state collection compilation, processing, misuse. In this paper, we discuss tampering, long time needed registering system’s transactions, possibility double spending, which all can add incorrectness system. Our research based on hypothesis these may be addressed by means distributed ledger technology, or more precise, blockchain technology. solution presented form smart contract written Solidity programing language cover even those specific use cases such as sharing ownership, transferring part splitting merging real estate, limiting trading estate. proposed represents an implementation programming interface was created both ERC-20 ERC-721 token standards, satisfy needs systems.
